I gladly accept returns and exchanges of non custom products
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Refund will be for the product only, not shipping charges.
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
Returns and exchange details
We gladly accept returns on any NON-CUSTOM items.
There are no returns on custom orders.
If your item is damaged contact us within: 3 days of delivery

Contact us to return your non-custom order and ship the item(s) back to us within: 10 days of delivery We do not cover return shipping cost and do not refund shipping.

We do not refund for packages that show delivery but you did not receive it.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We do not issue refunds on overseas delivery problems as we do not have tracking or confirmation the item was received or not. Once it leaves the U.S. we have no tracking or responsibility so be sure to buy insurance.
