SHIPPING: Orders ship in 3 - 5 Business days
CUSTOM REQUESTS:
Please do not add in the notes at checkout any changes or special request unless you have contacted us to confirm the design we have shown can be changed and or edited to what you are wanting. We reserve the right to only send what we have stated and shown in the listing.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
** Please make sure your email is correct when ordering as we might need to conatct you or send you a proof to approve before we print.
- We do not print and ship until we have your approval
MONOGRAM ORDERS:
Any custom monogram orders must be given in the order to be printed. "WE DO NOT CHANGE INITIAL ORDER" and will not refund. We print exactly what is given to us to avoid any mistakes or confusion.
NON RESPONSE POLICY:
If you place a custom order with our shop and do not include all requested information that is needed to complete your order or we email you with a proof the following applies:
We will contact you via email to the email address listed on your order and wait for your response.
We will attempt to contact you 3 times to get the information needed to complete your order or for proof approval. We will only try three attempts....... SO PLEASE BE SURE TO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS LISTED FOR EACH ITEM AND MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL IS CORRECT.
Our items are shipped via USPS or FEDEX.

CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS:
PLEASE MAKE SURE TO VERIFY YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS AND ZIP CODE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER TO PROVIDE THEIR CORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF A PACKAGE IS SENT TO AN INCORRECT ADDRESS DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER.
RETURNED ITEMS:
IF AN ITEM IS SHIPPED AND COMES BACK TO ME MARKED "UNDELIVERABLE" OR "NO SUCH ADDRESS" IT IS THE CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE A CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS AND PAY ANY ADDITIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES INVOLVED WITH REROUTING THE PACKAGE.
If we allow a cancellation of a custom item designed for you there will be a 15% re-stocking fee as each item is made once purchased. If we allow you to cancel a custom designed item there is a 15% design fee.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS -
When selecting a shipping method please remember to add insurance or select priority mail to help if your package is lost. We are unable to see tracking once it arrives in your country....many times you must go to your local post and pay customs fees to receive your package. You are responsible for any customs or duty fees. If you have any questions please contact us. We do not refund for any international packages that do not have insurance.
